Y en la parte superior deber\u00e1 de llevar la identificaci\u00f3n del paciente y su respectiva especie. elecci\u00f3n para hematolog\u00eda son Diff Quik o colorante de Wright.<\/p><p>Estos colorantes ti\u00f1en de azul o p\u00farpura las estructuras \u00e1cidas como los \u00e1cidos nucleicos de los de c\u00e9lulas con distribuci\u00f3n uniforme y detalles morfol\u00f3gicos claros, y as\u00ed evaluar los detalles citoplasm\u00e1ticos y nucleares. Esto se logra cuando las c\u00e9lulas se encuentran en una posici\u00f3n horizontal casi perfecta, con m\u00ednimo o nulo contacto entre s\u00ed. En este sentido, la zona de la monocapa es la \u00fanica parte del frotis donde se debe realizar la evaluaci\u00f3n citol\u00f3gica [Figura 6 y 7].<\/p><p>La evaluaci\u00f3n inicial de un frotis de sangre implica examinar el portaobjetos con un objetivo de 10X para identificar el \u00e1rea de la monocapa (que se encuentra en el cuerpo del frotis).
